Job Details

We are a thriving multi-site, multi-specialty practice seeking a passionate and dedicated Permanent Endodontist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity that offers a rewarding work environment, competitive salary, and excellent benefits. The successful candidate will provide high-quality endodontic care to our patients, working closely with a team of skilled dental professionals. This is a full-time position that requires a commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for patient care.

Schedule: Typical hours would be 8am - 5pm, depending on patient volume.

Compensation Structure: Daily guarantee, or a percentage of collections, whichever is greater

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Endodontist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with dental diseases and injuries involving the pulp and periapical tissues. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Performing root canal treatments and other endodontic procedures to save natural teeth.
2. Diagnosing and treating dental pain and oral diseases such as pulpitis and apical periodontitis.
3. Using advanced diagnostic tools such as digital radiography and cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) to accurately diagnose and plan treatment.
4. Collaborating with other dental professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
5. Providing patient education on oral health, endodontic treatments, and post-treatment care.
6. Staying updated on the latest advancements in endodontics and incorporating them into practice.
7. Ensuring adherence to all safety and sanitation protocols in the dental office.
8. Participating in community outreach programs to promote oral health awareness.

Qualifications:

1. Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
2. Successful completion of an accredited postgraduate Endodontic program.
3. A minimum of one to three years of experience as an Endodontist/ High Volume Practice Experience Preferred
4. Valid FL state dental license, or FL Dental state dental license in progress
5. Endodontic certification.
6. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to perform precise endodontic procedures.
7. Proficiency in using endodontic instruments and advanced diagnostic tools.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and dental team.
9. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining a patient-centered approach.
10. Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
11. Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development activities and stay updated on the latest advancements in endodontics.
12. Ability to comply with all safety and sanitation protocols in the dental office.
