Job Title: End User Support Specialist

Location: Boulder, CO (Onsite 4x a week)

Job Type: Long term extending W2 contract

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled End User Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team in Boulder, CO. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in troubleshooting both Mac and Windows operating systems, as well as a solid understanding of Active Directory (AD). This role involves resolving up to Tier 3 tickets and providing deskside support to ensure our users have the best possible technical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite technical support 4 days a week to end users in Boulder, CO.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to both Mac and Windows operating systems.
  • Manage and resolve up to Tier 3 support tickets efficiently.
  • Utilize Active Directory for user account management, permissions, and group policies.
  • Offer deskside support to users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with end users.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in IT support.
