END USER SUPPORT ANALYST - On-site
Jersey City, New Jersey
W2 Contract - (USC/GC)
Our client is looking for an End User Support Analyst which is 100% on-site in Jersey City, New Jersey.
The candidate will provide user support in solving desktop and trading system issues. Some of the responsibilities including but not limited to are:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose desktop issues related to software, hardware and network
- Install, configure and patch desktop software
- Install desktop monitors and workstations
- Serve as a liaison between vendor and users to understand system requirement
- Knowledge in troubleshooting Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, GPO, printer
- Basic knowledge in networking (TCP/IP, routing, DHCP, DNS)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people
- Flexible to work in satellite offices and flexible with working hours
- Ability to work independently and ability to prioritize and address critical production problems
Experience/Skills:
Minimum of a B.S. in Computer Science, MIS or related degree and two (2) years of related experience in Windows desktop administration
