Responsibilities:

  • Represent national corporations in employment-related litigation matters, including class, collective, and representative actions, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, whistleblower claims, pay equity disputes, and executive compensation matters.
  • Provide strategic counselling to clients on complex employment law issues, including compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Conduct sensitive internal investigations involving high-risk allegations and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, and participate in all aspects of the litigation process.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop innovative legal strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Experience practicing employment law, with a focus on litigation and counselling.
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client service, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
