Focus:

  • Manage end-to-end single-plaintiff discrimination lawsuits and business litigation cases.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to establish a robust case foundation and stay current on employment law precedents.
  • Provide legal counsel to clients, explaining options, potential outcomes, and guiding them empathetically through the legal process.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, presenting arguments, examining witnesses, and ensuring effective representation.
