Title Employee Relations III Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Description RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber), is seeking an Employee Relations III Specialist to provide advice and guidance to supervisors and managers regarding employee relations issues as they relate to involuntary terminations (resignation, termination of temporary appointments, termination of probationary/trial period employees); adverse actions (removal, suspension, change to lower grade for cause); and both disciplinary actions (admonishments, reprimands) and non-disciplinary actions such as counselings, investigations and performance-based actions. Qualifications for this position shall include, but are not limited to: Capacity to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and historical data points. Ability to communicate and work with others on information sharing, driving collection, and/or addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution. Capacity to provide guidance in resolving issues. Demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities providing advice and guidance to management and employees on reasonable accommodation issues.Requirements for this position shall include: Eight (8) years of experience with supporting Federal Government Human Resource programs, with four (4) years of direct experience in reviewing; implementing; and informing Agency personnel of employee and management rights and obligations, discipline, appeal and/or grievance rights, office conduct, leave, absenteeism, reassignments, promotions, and labor relations. Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
