Description: Emergency Medicine Southwestern, IN. Less than 2 hours to Louisville, KY, Just over 2 hours to Nashville, TN.
- 10 hour shifts
- Prefer a candidate that can cover a 5-7 day stretch
- Average patients per physician per day 15-18
- Average patients per hour 2
- Annual volume 55,000 +
- Credentialing 4-8 week credentialing time frame
- Board Certified/ Eligible ABEM, Board Certified ABFM
- ABEM Certified: NIHSS
- ABEM Eligible: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, NHISS
- Hospitalist admits patients with a specialist as a consult
- Adults 80%, Peds 20%
- EMR EPIC
