- BC/BE Emergency Medicine or IM/FM with EM experience
- Active AZ license, or active IMLC
- Annual Patient Volume: 13,000
- Patients per Hour: 1.5
- Shift Times / Coverage Details: 7a-7p, 7p-7a
- APC Hours of Coverage: 9; 10-7p
- EMR: Cerner
- SMART covers malpractice, travel and accommodations
