Job Number: R Emergency Management Analyst, Mid
Key Role: Provide on-site non-personal professional services to assist with planning, coordination, and c ond uct of protection program higher headquarters assessments at Army installations. C ond uct pre-assessment work to include data gathering, research, and coordination of Emergency Management Program. Execute, assist with documenting, and report the findings of installation assessments as part of a team. Use various automated tools, databases, and other sof tware programs to support assessment activities, prepare observations and recommendations for installation leadership and staff, assist team lead to prepare briefing materials, collaborate with active duty and civil service government staff and counterparts across Army organizations and other government agencies as required. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with Emergency Management programs
Knowledge of Emergency Management bodies of knowledge including FEMA incident command and DoD and Army guidance
Ability to work effectively without constant direct supervision
Ability to work extended hours, outdoors, and in austere c ond itions, as needed
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: Experience with Emergency Management programs in a DoD environment
Experience with Continuity of Operations and Chem-Bio programs
Ability to brief senior government offi cia ls on findings and recommendations
Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills
FEMA ICS certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
