The Emergency Department RN will be providing critical, emergent care for patients in the Emergency Department. They will assess, coordinate and prioritize all patient treatments and be in communication with the entire care team as needed. They will also be responsible for triaging and ensuring that quality care is maintained. The Emergency Department RN will report to the Nurse Manager of the department.
The Emergency Department Registered Nurse should be a strong clinical nurse that has previous hospital inpatient Emergency Department experience. They will serve as the advocate for patients and provide opportunities for success resulting in successful outcomes. The Emergency Department RN should be a graduate of an accredited nursing school, licensed in the state of Colorado and BLS Certified.
