The role will be based in office in Austin, TX and support the client's security leadership. The Embedded Account Manager will act as the management point of contact between the client and a 24/7 team of analysts and forming part of a tight-knit operation providing actionable intelligence and advice to decision makers. The team itself is split across three "follow the sun" shifts in Austin TX, London, and Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and maintaining relationships with our client's security leadership and looking after the daily management of our embedded team. This will include coordinating routine business reporting and responding to client needs, supporting the development and implementation of intelligence processes and products, onboarding and offboarding staff, developing and mentoring the team, and assisting with the growth of new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have both intelligence and management experience, ideally both in a corporate setting. We are looking for excellent communication skills, strong experience in professional development and mentoring, project management skills and familiarity with client engagement. Previous experience as an intelligence analyst in the corporate security field and/or as manager for a globally distributed team would be highly desirable for this role. The candidate will exhibit flexibility and adaptability to changing needs of the work schedule to support the global team. They must be a self-starter, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a broader team.

The candidate will report to the client's security leadership day-to-day, but will also report to and be part of Sibylline's Embedded Operations team. Full support and guidance will be provided from our head office, including training and professional development.

This position represents an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to continue their development as an intelligence professional with a leading firm growing at 50% per year. We offer strong career progression and are invested in building individuals' personal professional profiles. Moreover, being embedded truly offers "the best of both worlds", giving a small firm ethos alongside large firm exposure and experience.
