Embedded Software Engineer

All Qualified Resumes Responded to in 24 Hrs or Less US Citizenship with ability to obtain DOD Secret Clearance is Required Job Description: This role will be responsible for a variety of software tasks throughout the full lifecycle for designing, coding, documenting, and testing embedded systems Required Education/Background: 4+ years of experience Minimum of BS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar Required Skills/Experience: Experience using C and/or C to develop embedded software Experience with Real-Time Operating Systems Basic knowledge of circuits, schematics, and hardware components Experience working with Communication Protocols such as Ethernet, RS232/422, 1553, SPI, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team Desired Skills: Experience using software version control tools Experience with Object Oriented Programming Experience working with other programming languages such as C , MATLAB, Python, etc. Experience in the Defense, Space, Aerospace, or similar industries Experience using electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, and basic lab equipment Experience with Linux and Windows Development Environments
