CTR Group is seeking experienced Electronic Assembly Technicians in the Chesapeake, VA area for a long-term government project.
Recently separated or retired military encouraged to apply.
JOB DUTIES:

Perform assembly, test, repair and/or upgrade of product line.

Ability to read and comprehend assembly drawings, procedures, and BOMs.

Understand, reference and comply with IPC-610 & J-Standard-00.

Perform set-up, assembly, inspection, and rework of PCBs (including hand-soldering of small pitch components).

Operate a pick-and-place machine for PCB assembly.

Perform inspection of small pitch components using microscope visual inspection equipment.

Perform continuity checks and rework as needed.

Be familiar with assembly and measuring tools, able to perform simple shop math.
