The pay range for this role considers job-related knowledge, skills, work location, education and training, and certifications. As a subcontractor to INDUS Technology, reporting to the Program Manager, the Electronics Technician Maintenance III will be charged with developing MS 365, MS Office, MS Access reports/spreadsheets and executing logistics tasks with autonomy based on NAVSEA guidance, directives, policies, and infrastructure on the NUWCDIVKPT Industrial Support Services (ISS) contract. This position is located in Keyport, WA. Mandatory Skill Requirements:
• An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.

• HS Diploma required.

• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience with electronics test equipment.

• Fabricates, tests, aligns, troubleshoots, and repairs complex circuit card assemblies, complex electronic assemblies, and electronics systems using approved procedures, drawings, or schematics. MUST HAVE circuit board component troubleshooting and repair experience.

• Programs, operates, or maintains automated test equipment and complex automated industrial equipment.

• Collaborates with engineers on project design, prototyping, and production.
• Ability to receive medical certification (if required).

• Ability to obtain and maintain any appropriate licenses and certifications (if required).

• Must be able to comprehend and execute written and verbal trainings and procedures.

• Must be able to follow and complete on-the-job training as required:
- INDOC Training:
Positions in the Torpedo Intermediate Maintenance Activity (IMA) and Torpedo Depot require up front 2-week education and familiarization courses with a follow-on test for comprehension.
Basic reading, comprehension, and computer skills (see below) are required.
- QUALS Training: All positions carry some additional qualifications training against the skillsets of an Electronics Technician.
At minimum, in addition to skillsets of an Electronics Technician, basic reading comprehension and computer skills (see below) are required.

• Must possess ability to operate computers and perform the following functions, including but not limited to:
- Alphanumeric data entry, spreadsheet review and data entry, capability of switching between computer applications with relative ease.
- Ability to complete Web-Based training.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Job Duties:
• Conduct test and repair complex electronics systems, assemblies, subassemblies, circuit cards, and power supplies; troubleshoot, repair, modify, and overhaul complex electronics equipment down to the component level.

• Using Government furnished equipment, software, shop orders, drawings, procedures, and specifications, perform electronic cleaning operations.

• Perform electronic component disassembly and rebuild in accordance with approved Government procedures.

• Perform typical Depot repairs on various components in accordance with approved Government procedures, shop orders, drawings, and specifications.

• Troubleshoot components to identify source of failure using procedures, schematics, and drawings and consult with other trained personnel as needed to resolve failures.

• Test, align, and troubleshoot of complex analog and digital electronic systems, assemblies, subassemblies, circuit cards, and power supplies using universal automatic and manual test stations, hardware specific automatic and manual test stations, and bench top test equipment.

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on test sets and shop equipment.

• Perform lock-out tag-out procedures in accordance with all required directives and regulations.

• Perform unscheduled corrective maintenance on test sets and shop equipment.

• Ensure processes and procedures are intensely followed in associated task areas. Provide feedback on defective processes and procedures.

• Provide substantive guidance on passing audits in your area.

• Provide input to Task Area Lead(s) for the ISS Best Practices body of knowledge.

• Bid and proposal support if requested.

• Other duties as assigned.
