Job Description

Summary of the Role: The RxSafe RMA Technician is responsible for performing product diagnosis and repairs, including diagnose of problems, problem identification, research of problem, isolation of issue, and repairs on returned parts. Repairs could consist of re-flashing of software, soldering, replacement of main boards, and power supplies. This position will have the opportunity to support and learn from our highly skilled engineers and quality departments on root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, troubleshoot, test, and repair customer returned product to component level.

Read schematic diagrams and follow test procedures.

Perform solder repairs on through-hole and surface mount components.

Understand operational requirements and be able to identify and correct problems or inconsistencies.

Manage system transactions, preparations, and shipment of all RTV's to the vendors.

Track and manage return process.

Responsible for booking in and out stock inventory from the relevant computer systems.

Salary Range $25.00 - $28.00/hour
