Salary: $50,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Details

Installing automatic and semi-automatic packaging equipment (including pallet wrappers, shrink and bundling equipment, printers and label applicators)
Troubleshooting/repairing automatic and semi-automatic machines in house and in customer facilities (pneumatics, electrical and mechanical trouble shooting)
Assist with equipment preparation prior to shipment and delivery
Complete and submit service reports at the end of each week as well as other documentation such as mileage and credit card receipts
Complete ongoing training as necessary relevant to duties and equipment
Travel as required, mostly in the Tri-state area. Occasional travel out of state.
Maintain Company Vehicle and other company property such as tools as per policy
Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Two-three years' experience with electromechanical machinery. We will provide training specific to the machinery we sell and maintain.
Previous experience with both the mechanical and electrical side of installation and troubleshooting
Experience in manufacturing or distribution industry preferred.
Experience using Microsoft 365 and multiple software systems
Desire to work in a fast-paced customer focused environment.
Ability to work with other departments and trades in a "team environment"
Capacity to follow complex written and verbal instruction with limited supervision
Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve on a case-by-case basis under pressure
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
Valid Driver's License
