Provides full support of electrical systems within Carle's main campus, as well as outlying buildings and business units, while adhering to OSHA, NEC Local Authority Having Jurisdiction and other safety standards.
- Conducts preventative and corrective maintenance on all electrical systems, including emergency power and patient rooms
- Troubleshoots and repairs electrical systems and electro-mechanical equipment.
- Installs electrical power and lighting systems by bending and running conduit, pulling and terminating wiring, and installing devices under the direction of a licensed electrician.
- Ensures integrity of preventive maintenance program by maintaining equipment inventory
