Job Details:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and passionate Electrical Technician to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position where you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our complex electrical systems. You will be working on a variety of projects, from maintaining and improving existing systems to designing and implementing new ones. Responsibilities:
As an Electrical Technician, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Performing routine preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
2. Troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime.
3. Reading, interpreting, and creating electrical schematics and diagrams.
4. Working closely with the rest of the maintenance team to ensure all electrical systems are running efficiently and safely.
5. Participating in the design and installation of new electrical systems and equipment.
6. Conducting regular inspections and tests of electrical systems to identify potential issues before they become problems.
7. Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with industry safety standards and regulations.
8. Using PLCs for automation and control purposes, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
9. Utilizing metal stamping techniques in the manufacturing process.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
3. Strong knowledge of PLCs and the ability to read and write electrical schematics.
4. Familiarity with metal stamping processes and techniques.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
6. A strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
8. A 2 year degree or relevant work experience is required.
