Job Purpose:
Responsible for performing electrical study and teardown activities of the automotive parts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Pre-Teardown Activity:
- Capturing the Photographs against the SOP for HMI Report
- Involving in taking measurements required for HMI Report
- Checking the Electrical and Electronics Features with the Template
- Capturing the Light Intensity and relevant Measurements for Lighting Advance Study
Teardown Data Collection:
- Working with Teardown Vehicle on understanding the Wiring Harness Layout
- Studying the Electrical and Electronics Components Packaging in the Vehicle
- Tagging the Connectors & Terminals of Wiring Harness, Jumpers, and Pigtails
- Note Down the Functionality during the Teardown
- Capturing the Photograph of Assembly, Mating, and Mounting Views of any Connector or Terminal in the Vehicle
- Capturing the Photograph for Routing Path of the Wiring Harness, Needed Videos to be shooted
- Validating the Functionality with Defined Description and updating the Functionality Spreadsheet
- Segregate the Pictures and Files as per the standard process in the respective Folder and deliver the same
- Understand the Internal Connection Schema for High Voltage Battery
- Creating the Hand Sketch Circuit for Connection Schematic for Busbar, Module, and Wiring Harness
- Teardown and capture the measurements of the Stator and Rotor as per the template
- Study and analyze the winding pattern of a given Traction Motor
