Job Details

Job Duties:

• Supervise and lead a team of 4 electrical assemblers.
• Oversee the daily operations and assembly/wiring of electrical control panels.
• Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate panel building.
• Troubleshoot and repair all electrical control panels, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
• Lead, train, and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Responsible for interviewing and hiring, as well as performance reviews.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience with control panels, panel building, and electrical control panels.
• Proficiency in electrical wiring, schematics, blueprint reading, and technical drawings.
• Experience in a panel shop environment, with a strong understanding of control panel layout.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
