Build upon your career by becoming a part of an amazing team. We Have an immediate opportunity for a full-time Service Account Manager in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The successful Service Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining a productive workforce possessing the necessary skills, expertise, and drive to meet production schedules and deadlines, while maintaining a positive and engaging work environment. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining exceptional customer relations, estimating, selling, and managing successful electrical projects, and helping to develop new business for the local division.

Responsibilities:

• Sales, estimating, and production management of jobs that meet or exceed margin standards.

• Conduct business and customer relations in a way that is above reproach.

• Develop and maintain personal long term relationships with customers.

• Proactive involvement, offering suggestions for future situations.

• Reactive involvement, punctual response to the customer's needs.

• Diligently pursue new customers along vertical lines.

• Support business development with timely responses to leads.

• Encourage good habits and support continuous improvement.

• Leadership approach in growing and developing technicians within the department.

• Train, supervise, and motivate the junior workforce.

• Maintain exceptional customer service

• Maintain a productive workforce possessing the necessary skills, expertise, and drive to meet production schedules and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven people management, process management, and performance management skills

• Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting, employee motivation and training, leadership and office management skills, and customer acquisition and relations.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong budget tracking, labor tracking, and scheduling skills

• Proficiency in information analyzation and budget setup

• Have experience using Trimble Accubid for project estimation, change management, pricing, submittal management, takeoffs, etc.

• Computer skills with exposure to MS Office

• Accubid and AutoCAD experience
