Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including conception, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project objectives are met.
3. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure they are adhered to.
4. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
5. Resolve on-site issues and conflicts, ensuring minimal disruption to project timeline and budget.
6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, changes, or issues.
7. Identify potential risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
8. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and efficient communication among team members.
9. Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations are met.
10. Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Commercial or industrial Electrical projects
3. Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and legal regulations.
4. Proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion, adhering to timelines and budgets.
5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and resolve issues as they arise.
8. Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
9. Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is highly desirable.
10. A commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
