Job Details

As an Electrical Engineer, you will spearhead projects focused on the development and implementation of cutting-edge electrical control systems. Your role will be integral in evolving our product offerings through research, design, and validation of new technologies. You will engage directly with customers and organizational meetings both domestically and internationally, enhancing product credibility and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate on the development of automated systems with the Mechanical Engineering team.
Handle various stages of product design including layout, prototyping, testing, and performance evaluation.
Conduct feasibility studies, engage in FMEA activities, and ensure robust system qualification.
Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including schematics, drawings, and technical specifications.
Drive new product development processes and continuous improvement efforts through data analysis and detailed engineering studies.
Deliver exceptional technical communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to product innovation while adhering to cost, reliability, and manufacturability constraints.
Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive risk management strategies.
Provide detailed technical support pre and post-sale, maintaining confidentiality and integrity of proprietary information.

Requirements:

Required: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with at least five years of relevant experience, preferably in automation.
Required: Proficiency in PLC programming and familiar with advanced engineering software.
Experience with LabVIEW a plus but not required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with MRP systems (Epicor preferred).
Strong project management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a track record of successful project execution.
Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally to support project needs.
