Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician
Shift: 6pm-6am, 2-2-3 OR 11pm-7am Sun-Thur
Responsibilities: - Diagnose and repair electrical failures, troubleshoot malfunctions, and ensure equipment safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Maintain and repair machinery, conveyor systems, and production equipment.
- Report shift metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive process optimization to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
- Oversee maintenance contractors when necessary.
Qualifications: - 3-5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Proficiency in industrial machine repair and reliability techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings and documents.
- Willingness to work overtime and lift up to 50 lbs.
