Position: Electrical Engineer - Maintenance & Optimization

Requirements

What You Bring:

Ideally, a BS in Engineering, specializing in electrical engineering, automation, or equivalent; however, we're open to considering AAS or equivalent experience.

A minimum of 3 to 15 years of experience troubleshooting large processing machinery typically found in industries such as paper, chemical processing, plastics, or metals. Heavy equipment and industrial machinery experience are a must.

Proficiency in measurement and control technology, drive controls, and frequency converters is highly preferred.

Practical experience with Siemens automation systems like S7, WinCC, TIA-Portal, Sinamics, and Profinet is desirable, but we'll also consider experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs.

A knack for independent and systematic work, coupled with excellent communication skills.

A natural curiosity and openness to innovation.

Your Compensation:

Base salary ranging from $85K to $115K, depending on your experience, with potential for higher compensation.

Annual Bonus: 3%
