Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a passion for innovation and a knack for problem-solving? Our leading solar energy firm is on the lookout for a Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play an integral role in maintaining and enhancing our electrical systems, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment and systems, ensuring operational effectiveness and efficiency.
2. Maintaining and repairing existing electrical infrastructure, diagnosing malfunctions, and implementing necessary repairs.
3. Conducting regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment, identifying any areas of concern and addressing them proactively.
4. Ensuring all electrical systems and procedures adhere to local and national electrical codes.
5. Collaborating with other team members to identify potential improvements to existing systems and implement innovative solutions.
6. Participating in project planning and preparation, providing expert advice on electrical system design and implementation.
7. Creating detailed circuit designs, ensuring the safe and effective operation of electrical systems.
8. Providing technical support and training to team members and other staff as required.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered an advantage.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in an electrical engineering role, with a proven track record in electrical system design, circuit design, and electrical equipment maintenance.
3. Proficiency in the National Electrical Code and local electrical codes.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently and effectively.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
6. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
7. Experience in the finance industry will be considered an asset, but is not essential.
