We are seeking talented and motivated engineering professionals to join our multi-disciplined team. We currently provide the opportunity for a hybrid/flex-hour work schedule.

Our continued growth has created an immediate need for an Electrical Engineer for our Edison, New Jersey Office.



Responsibilities

  • Coordination with local power utility companies for new/upgrades of electrical service
  • Electrical system analysis and calculations
  • Design of electrical power, control, and lighting systems from service to load
  • Design of fire alarm systems and low voltage systems
  • Service room layout, utility conduit coordination, grounding and lighting protection
  • Prepare design narrative and feasibility reports
  • Electrical & fire alarm field surveys, inspections, and punch lists
  • Use engineering and design computer software to complete assigned work (i.e. Autodesk Revit MEP & AutoCAD)


Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 10 years of relevant design experience
  • PE License in New Jersey required
  • Able to meet strict deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task on several projects at once
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to pro-actively collaborate during the design and construction process
