We have been retained by a confidential client to find an experienced Electrical Project Manager/Estimator to join their dynamic and growing team. Electrical Project Manager/Estimator Responsibilities :
  • Determine the scope of work by reviewing bid documents and attending pre-bid meetings
  • Perform accurate takeoffs and quantify estimates
  • Obtain quotes as needed from subcontractors and vendors
  • Determine which vendors and subcontractors to use on the projects
  • Develop a project schedule for each project
  • Attend project meetings throughout the job
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with clients and subcontractors
  • Safety and quality conscious
  • Communicate with team members and trade partners

Electrical Project Manager/Estimator Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience with a proven track record
  • Prior electrical field experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Accubid, Bluebeam, Conest, or McCormick estimating software
  • High level of organization and planning abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude and is self-motivated
  • Knowledge of construction practices and methods
