Oil & GasJOB OVERVIEWThe Operations & Maintenance Coordinator will help optimize our EV charging network's performance. Responsibilities include coordinating repair and maintenance tasks, scheduling preventive, and corrective maintenance, planning detailed scopes of work, and monitoring work ticket durations. Additionally, they will work with charger OEMs for warranty work orders, engage specialty contractors, and contribute to developing an internal ticketing and asset management system. The coordinator will collaborate with electricians and OEMs to ensures network reliability and efficient EV charging operations.
Key Accountabilities - Coordinate, prioritize and monitor work tickets for the EV charging network.
- Schedule repairs, inspections, routine, and annual preventive maintenance activities.
- Provide detailed scopes of work, drawings, documentation, specific and check-in instructions.
- Assist in implementation of an internal ticketing and asset management system.
- Monitor the duration of open work tickets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for completed tasks.
- Address specific warranty work orders and engage specialty contractors when required.
- Collaborate with electricians, OEMs, and other stakeholders to uphold network reliability.
Qualifications - Engineering Degree or Electrician Technical Institute certification
- At least 3 years of experience in planning or coordinating roles.
- Strong planning skills, particularly in power electronics or power systems.
- Proficiency in safety practices related to electrical systems.
- Familiarity with EV charging systems, power electronics, battery storage, solar panels, and microgrid.
- Knowledge and experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of low voltage (480V) switchgear, breakers, cables, and relays.
- Hands-on experience with software, such as, SAP and SalesForce.
