Electric Service Technician Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Electric Service Technician to play a critical role in the success of valves, actuation, and controls at our client. You will be the face of the customer and relied on to offer sound solutions. Electric Service Technician Responsibilities
•   Assist in trouble shooting, disassembly and repairs in the shop and at customer sites
•   Technical support to shop floor assembly & custom modifications (controllers, motors, and position indicators etc.) for actuators and accessories to customer specifications
•   Assist in testing and maintain equipment maintenance
•   Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components following schematic drawings and using various types of equipment's utilizing engineering practice and tools
•   Repair various types of electric actuators with various power voltages from brands such as Rotork, Limitorque, Auma, Bernard and Bettis
•   Service training to new technicians and company affiliated service and partners on inspection, diagnostics, and repairs
•   Respond to service requests, assist in warranty shop repairs, document and close out service reports.
•   Maintain clean work environment, operate equipment safely following quality and guidelines and per OSHA regulations
•   Be able to adapt to new situations and cultures Electric Service Technician Requirements
•   2-5 years industry related experience (valves, actuators or MOV) and/or training; Electrical experience is preferred)
•   Strong knowledge of digital control systems and network preferred
•   Computer skills in MS office applications (Excel, word)
•   Good understanding of valve operations, electric actuators related control and monitoring systems (pneumatic, electronic & hydraulic)
•   Experience in manufacturing environment, and comfortable using high voltage equipment's safely
•   A valid driver's license and meet insurance requirements
