We are seeking a skilled Electric Motor Mechanic to join our team. As an Electric Motor Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of electric motors and related equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of electric motors for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and Troubleshoot: Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify electric motors and related components issues.
  • Repair and Maintain: Perform repairs, overhauls, and routine maintenance on various electric motors, including but not limited to AC and DC motors.
  • Testing and Quality Control: Verify the functionality and efficiency of repaired motors by conducting tests and quality control checks.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and other relevant information.
  • Parts Sourcing: Identify and source replacement parts as needed, ensuring timely availability.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to guarantee a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients to explain repair processes, provide estimates, and address any questions or concerns.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in electrical motor repair or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an electric motor mechanic or similar role, with a strong understanding of electric motor systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing AC and DC electric motors. Familiarity with tools and equipment used in motor repair.
  • Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to precision in repair work.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Safety Awareness: A commitment to safety protocols and the ability to work in compliance with industry standards.
  • Travel: Ability and willingness to travel within the Region to customer locations.
