Job Title: EHS Safety Manager
Work Location: Remote with 75% travel to Project Sites
Duration: Direct Placement
Education/Experience Required: Owner's representative for Operator in Renewable Energy; Safety supervisory experience and strong communication skills are vital to success in this role; CSP/CHST certifications preferred;
Assists the Senior EHS Manager in all EHS related matters. Responsible for EHS functions necessary to support client's renewable energy construction initiatives at an assigned jobsite.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in occupational safety/health or equivalent experience require, Masters preferred.
- Minimum of five-years' experience in a wind or solar construction.
- First aid and/or CPR certification preferred.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification preferred.
- Certified Health and Safety Technician (CHST) certification preferred.
- Experience with a general contractor preferred.
- In depth knowledge of OSHA's recordkeeping standard and excellent medical management skills required.
- Formal safety training including OSHA 500 in the construction industry.
- Familiar with EHS-Insight orGensuite Incident Management software.
