Minimum Qualifications Requires a bachelor's degree in a specific disciplinary field and, in the case of supporting services, certification: e.g., NYS certification as a speech therapist. Some positions may require provisional NYS teaching certification. Job experience at this level is usually limited. Requires ability to research subject matter and prepare an analysis of data gathered and assembled, and to coordinate activity with that of others involved in delivery of services.
