Develop and maintain fiscal year and biennial Hi-Am Charity budget, develop short and long-term staffing plans, including the hiring process and coordinate the implementation of technology and other tools to facilitate the delivery of instructional services to students. Management Accountability: Supervise all teaching staff to ensure curriculum, plans and activity schedules are implemented; meet HI-AM scheduling metrics by managing efficient student and auto schedules, including at home tutoring for the disabled; Interview, hire, terminate and promote staff as needed. Meet regular with Board of Directors to review operational issues and suggest avenues of improvement for the educational programs and tutoring services offered. Evaluate and document all aspects of each staff member's job performance including annual review. Program Planning: Work closely with administrative units, faculty, staff and students on the development of strategies, policies, curricula and programmatic components that will enhance the academic success of target students. Oversee ongoing curriculum development for each department; review each program on a regular basis; participate in advisory board meetings and make recommendations for new/revised educational programs and instructional materials. Monitor number of children and staff in classrooms to ensure ratio compliance; Oversee tutoring center, teacher and tutors.
