The right candidate will have a book of business in excess of $500,000/year in eDiscovery or an adjacent technical service. Responsibilities: Introduce prospective clients to the company's value proposition in relation to their associated business needs Participate in and host networking opportunities to increase the visibility of the company brand in the legal market with prospective clients Qualify prospective clients through discussions, research, and needs analyses Act as Liasson between engaged clients and operations to identify client need for additional services, to assess client's perception of quality of service and to provide internal feedback to operations to enhance client experience Assist clients with introductions to internal resources for services as needed Present company overview and set client expectations regarding experience Assist in the preparation of special bids and proposals as needed Requirements: A high school diploma. College preferred. At least 2 years of successful sales experience in a legal technology services organization Experience with a CRM Experience with eDiscovery processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of the EDRM lifecycle
