Job Title: Ecommerce Product Coordinator

Work Schedule: Mon - Fri (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Compensation Range: $50,000 to $60,000

Job Summary
You will be working with the CEO on a non-existent ecommerce website. We need your help with the ecommerce strategy and to plan, develop, execute, maintain, and improve the ecommerce website. This will require researching, brainstorming, collaborating, and problem-solving (at the minimum) to launch an ecommerce website. You will analyze website analytics, customer data, and industry trends to make informed recommendations for ecommerce improvements and revenue growth. This position will require a significant amount of data entry and information management. You will locate, obtain, organize, and manage technical product information from various sources. It is essential to be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage resources and deadlines efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Ecommerce Website and Maintenance:
Brainstorm and participate in the ecommerce website strategy, planning, development, execution, maintenance, and continual improvement. This includes the ecommerce processes and procedures.
Coordinate and/or post non-product information copy and content on the ecommerce website. Marketing will provide the non-product information copy and content.
Resolve any technical and operational ecommerce issues that arise.
Be the primary point of contact between our ecommerce website developer and the team.
Be the primary point of contact for all internal ecommerce questions and/or issues.

Ecommerce - Product Information and Maintenance:
Locate, obtain, organize, and manage technical product information (including pricing, images, and datasheets) from multiple sources (e.g., websites, reports, documents).
Data Entry - enter extracted product information into our proprietary data sheet accurately.
Upload and update product information to the ecommerce website.
Ensure product information is consistent and accurate.
Continually ensure the ecommerce website is accurate.
Communicate and collaborate with vendors and team members on product information.
Optimize (continually improve) the product information process (first three bullets in this section).

General:
Collaborate with the team members to grow authorized lines and ecommerce opportunities.
Take appropriate actions to accomplish planned results.
Attend ecommerce and supplier (Authorized Lines) related conferences, trade shows, and meetings.
Utilize Area51 Electronics' proprietary software program for all related work.

Education

Preferred:
A bachelor's degree or certificate in Business Administration

Experience

Required:
At least one year of experience with product information.
At least one year with a distributor or a manufacturer of electronic, electrical, and electromechanical components.

Language Skills

Able to communicate clearly and concisely in English, verbally, and through written form to a diverse group of people.
