Job Details

As our Digital Operations Manager, you will work as part of our broader Marketing team to ensure all digital marketing-related systems run efficiently, effectively and in alignment with our organization's ongoing strategy. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individual with an enthusiasm and passion for problem solving. Strong project management and reporting skills as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously are a must.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages and oversees daily website and consumer data platform (CDP) operations including ongoing development, sprint planning and releases, content execution, performance, testing, and support.
  • Implement new processes, system changes and standard operating procedures to optimize Omni-Channel operations.
  • Communicate frequently with our platform partners to manage an open projects list, assign priority levels, share project status updates and document all project details.
  • Manages ongoing performance and stability checks using custom procedures and third-party solutions to ensure that marketing and commerce execution meets expectations.
  • Execute A/B testing strategies and continual campaign improvements that drive increased customer interest, conversion, and sales digitally.
  • Create marketing system dashboards and assist with report creation as needed.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in overall data governance, aiming to improve data integrity, standardization across channels and to promote efficiency in access to use for reporting and analytics.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience managing Ecommerce/Digital operations, digital marketing and/or project management.
  • An undergraduate degree in Technology, Business, Marketing or related fields is preferred.
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously including development, execution, and support.
  • Practical knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other modern coding methodologies is preferred.
  • Prior experience with a CDP (consumer data platform), CRM system (customer relationship management) or business intelligence system a plus
  • Data, analytics, and tag management knowledge, with a strong focus on operational excellence.
