Job Description

We are searching for a highly motivated Earthwork Superintendent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of earthwork operations on our residential construction projects. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead earthwork crews, including excavation, grading, and drainage
  • Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all work meets project requirements
  • Maintain a safe work environment and enforce all safety protocols
  • Conduct daily inspections and quality control checks
  • Track progress, identify and solve problems, and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including project managers, field crew, and clients

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential earthwork construction
  • Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
  • Strong understanding of earthwork principles, excavation techniques, and drainage systems
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license
  • Construction Safety and Health Office (OSHA) 30-hour Construction Safety and Health certification preferred
