Early Childhood Preschool Teacher/Preschool Family Educator

Duties Preschool for All Teacher for children ages 3-5 years for a morning classroom under the combined direction of the Early Childhood Block Grant Administrator and the Knox County YMCA Early Learning Center Director. Additionally, in the afternoons the position is a Preschool Family Educator who would work directly with families with preschool aged children. Responsibilities take place in the classroom/school setting along with community outreach and supporting families during personal visits in the Galesburg School District. Qualifications Must hold a Professional Educator License in Early Childhood or currently working to achieve this. Salary/Benefits Salary based on years of teaching experience. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance and paid time off. Additional Notes If you are interested in the position but have a bachelors degree in an area other than early childhood you are still welcome to apply with the stipulation of achieving your Early Childhood Teaching License.
