Job Title: Eagle Technical Consultant

Location: Indiana, Pennsylvania

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Expertise:
    • Utilize strong technical skills in Eagle Star and Eagle Pace platforms, including modules like Eagle Message Center, IWS, PACE Uploader and Exporters, and Eagle STAR Panels.
    • Demonstrate expertise in PL/SQL programming for Oracle and MS SQL Server databases.
    • Understand and work with database architecture, data quality control tools, and processes.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C , or Python for developing custom solutions and integrating with Finastra platforms.
    • Knowledge of repository tools like GitLab or MFS for version control and collaboration.
  2. Business Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Business Users/Analysts to gather requirements, analyze solution options, and develop solutions.
    • Define and execute test plans, define and implement operational procedures, and adhere to SDLC standards.
    • Provide 1st and 2nd level production support, including incident management and triage.
  3. Communication and Collaboration:
    • Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Assist in preparing estimates for design, coding, and testing efforts.
    • Participate in Agile software development methodologies, including Scrum, and contribute to user stories.
  4. Repository and Version Control:
    • Knowledge and experience using repository tools such as GitLab or MFS for version control and collaboration.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8 years of experience working with Eagle Star and Eagle Pace platforms (version 15 or higher) in a Techno Functional role.
  • Proficiency in Eagle Message Center, IWS, PACE Uploader and Exporters, Eagle STAR Panels, and PL/SQL programming for Oracle and MS SQL Server.
  • Strong understanding of database architecture, data quality control tools, and processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies, Scrum, and user stories.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with business users, analysts, and technical teams.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C , or Python for developing custom solutions and integrating with Finastra platforms.
  • Experience in providing production support, incident management, and triage.
  • Knowledge of repository tools like GitLab or MFS for version control and collaboration.
