Eagle L2 Support Engineer NC

Synechron Inc is looking to hire Sr. Eagle L2 Support Engineer for Charlotte, NC

Role:

As a Eagle L2 Support Engineer, you will collaborate with Development Project Managers on the delivery of support and requirements, and contribute in design for projects as per the business needs. You should have experience with Eagle tools, and Oracle. Good in development, and be comfortable to work as an individual contributor as well.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of business applications.
• To Identify, analyze and develop interfaces and integration flows using Eagle tools.
• Developing application and application integration.
• Demonstrate experience implementing Eagle rules, caching, etc.
• Design the work modules as per the business needs.
• Play a team role and participate in individual contribution whenever required.
• Communication with business team/client on time to time basis
• Ownership for the deliverables assigned.

Requirement:

You are:

• Production Support resources are expected to have the skills specified below
• Technically BNY Mellon Eagle v15 or Eagle v17
• Experience in EAGLE IWS, PACE ETL, Message Center and Panel
• Good exposure on Oracle PL/SQL with experience in turning long turning queries using HINTS
• Experience in SQL Server and ASP. NET framework
• Knowledge on MS-ACCESS
• Good experience in Middleware messaging Queue and Channel
• Good in Mongo DB
• Business skills like:
• Pricing, Corporate Actions, Portfolio Accounting, Trade Settlement, Collateral Management, Cash Management, Portfolio Performance, Tender Option Bonds processing
• We are expecting a minimum of 5+ years of technical and business skill experience with Investment Management background.

It would be great if you also had:

• Work experience in L2 Production support.
• Good in .Net background, Messaging Queue
• Exposure to Cash Management, Trade Settlement and Portfolio Accounting.
