Responsibilities:

  • Independently executes P2P automation projects with customers end to end including project scoping, documentation of requirements, SAP customer master account setup, SAP ship to address - customer ship to code mapping, cXML review & mapping, transaction validation, punchout setup, testing with the customer IT/project team and post go live hypercare.
  • Acts with urgency solving for immediate customer needs including requests for help, questions, complaints, issues or task?requests leveraging customer facing CRM
  • Proactively identifies issues that would otherwise impact the customer or customer transactions and fixes them
  • Troubleshoots with the customer, e-procurement marketplace technical support, internal IT teams to understand technical issues and address quickly with the customer
  • Generates and provides e-catalogs to customers when needed
  • Monitors for IDOCs and orders with block/hold and resolves
  • Monitors web registrations and executes customer ST/BT mapping with ERP system


Skills:

  • 4+ years' experience with SAP ERP transactions (orders, invoices, order
  • 4+ confirmations, shipment notifications) (As the supplier processing
  • 4+ orders placed by customers, not as the buyer working with invoices
  • 4+ from suppliers)
  • 5+ years' experience with B2B ecommerce transactions and processes
  • Must have experience working as a supplier to integrate customer organizations who are using eProcurement platforms (Ariba, Jaggaer, Coupa)
  • Customer facing issue resolution experience is required eCatalog generation and process management
  • Tools and systems experience:? Microsoft Office, SAP, SFDC commerce, SFDC CRM, Jira,

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - clearly and accurately communicates pertinent information in own words with consideration to demonstrate understanding of customer requests and needs
