Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum. Brands Co-op, (RSCS) is currently seeking a Digital Services e-Commerce Analytics Specialist to join the Development and Equipment Solutions Team.

Position Overview:
This position reports to the Director, Customer Experience within the Development and Equipment Solutions (DES) business and oversees the performance analytics and merchandising of over 10,000 foodservice equipment items and related supplies on our Customer Portal e-commerce platform (NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced)

The e-Commerce Analytics Specialist must have a customer-first mindset, a strong understanding of B2B e-commerce product marketing and an ability to develop data pipelines and dashboards that can be used to track, analyze, and improve our understanding of our product mix and sales performance
The role requires a candidate who has excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills for collaborating with a team to interpret large amounts of data
This is a customer-centric role, working to position products in an easy-to-find, and easy-to-understand manner
The e-Commerce Analytics and Merchandising Specialist will be responsible for helping procurement understand customer preferences, then use that information to position items in the product catalog for greatest success
They will oversee all aspects of the e-commerce merchandising process including analysis, internal SEO, performance testing, and item data integrity.

Key accountabilities:
Drive strategies and long-term vision to build a high-performance product catalog for our members and partners while driving increased Portal Utilization by our members
Key metrics that the e-commerce Analytics and Merchandising Specialist will manage include, but not limited to,
o Customer Spend
o Item and Category Performance Metrics
o Supplier Performance Metrics in support of business reviews
o GA4 metrics such as Session Duration, Bounce Rates, Site Analytics, etc.
o Transaction or Session metrics
o Product and Category Traffic Analysis to inform design decisions.
o Product Layout Testing for maximum performance and ease of use
Aid in building a cohesive product merchandising plan that includes how the product catalog is sorted, searched, and displayed online.
Use analytics and sales data to inform and guide how RSCS positions products based on variables such as preferred vendor, brand standard (building designs), and customer preference.
Assures that product data is up to date, complete, and well-written by collaborating with vendors and suppliers to assure RSCS has the latest specifications, drawings, and images

Partner with cross-functional teams to build and continuously update the e-commerce sales forecasts and performance data that will be reflected in the company's broader annual operating plan (AOP)
Partner with IT resources to manage and constantly leverage the capabilities of our e-commerce platform's merchandising capabilities, including product comparison tables, landing (learning) pages, and other features as they are released.
Partner with the Digital Product Manager to identify key capabilities needed as well as potential issues with the e- commerce platform.
Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization.
Monitor and evaluate e-commerce product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement and present ideas and suggestions to DES Leadership as needed.
Manage, program, update, and monitor internal SEO and search functions to produce intended results and make product suggestions to Procurement based on user search inputs.
Manage and document user feedback, issues, and inquiries, relaying them to and from development teams to ensure peak performance, ROI, and usability

This is a hybrid role, with three days in the office (Louisville, KY), 2 days remote
Travel for this role is
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
Three years of experience in professional, B2B or major retail e-commerce product merchandising
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience with a B2B e-commerce platform required, experience with NetSuite's SuiteCommerce Advanced e- commerce platform strongly preferred.
Passion for building high-performance e-commerce sales via easy-to-search catalogs that make a user's life easy.
Experience with BI tools required, Microsoft Power BI preferred.
Google Analytics 4 experience required; advanced+ certification preferred.
Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills.
Strong People Leadership and Communication Skills.
Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills, including multi-tasking and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, follow up and attention to details
Adaptable to multiple requests, daily changes and still deliver on commitments.
Effective and engaging presenter with proven ability to compile complex data into understandable formats is essential
Must be able to deliver concise presentation materials to senior level teams with poise.
Strong proficiency and advanced use of PC-based applications including Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
