Dump Truck Driver Temp 8 Week Assignment

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dump Truck Driver to join our team. As a Dump Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting dirt and asphalt millings to and from construction sites, operating heavy machinery, and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of materials. You must be able to stay out of town for a week at a time(back on the weekend). Company will provide transportation to site and room accommodations. You will be responsible for your meals.

Duties:
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport materials to and from construction sites
- Load and unload materials using heavy machinery.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the dump truck
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the dump truck to ensure it is in good working condition
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate daily tasks and assignments
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines for material delivery
- Maintain accurate records of materials transported and hours worked

Qualifications:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL A or B) with a clean driving record of 39 months -Must have a valid medical card.
- Proven experience operating dump trucks
- Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members
