Dump Truck Driver

Specifics of the role Dump truck driver will report to the logistics manager to receive schedule for hauling. Must be a safe driver. Must be reliable driver. Will haul various materials such as soil, aggregates, demolition debris, or construction materials. What we expect Dump truck driver can safely drive an empty and fully loaded tandem dump truck on public roads, private roads, and off road. Dump truck driver knows how to safely operate the dump bed and understands how the dump truck's stability can change as a bed is raised and lowered. Items to know Travel is required for this position due the nature of our work. Our projects are typically based in the Southeast, and we have recently expanded our footprint in other East Coast areas. Travel could consist of day travel, multi-day travel, or several rounds of overnight travel each week. Overtime will likely be required. CDL-B for a minimum 3 years. 3-year clean MVR. Pass all DOT and FMCSA requirements. Minimum 1-year tandem driving experience. Preferred 3-years tandem driving experience. May be required to lift and carry short distances up to 50 pounds.
