DSS Cert Surgical Tech

We are looking for compassionate, caring people to join our great staff of health care providers. The Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) is responsible for assisting in the preparation of the operating room for surgical procedures. Performs scrub duties and assists the circulating nurse and physician in delivery of patient care. The CST works under the supervision of the registered nurse. The Certified Surgical Technologist positively affects the quality of patient care by functioning as a first scrub, second scrub, or direct assistant to the physician. Must be able to demonstrate growth and development knowledge and skills to provide patient care appropriate to the age of the patients served. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Surgical Technologist Certification Required. Education and Experience Graduate of state approved Surgical Technologist program. experience required.
