Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a cold storage and processing facility specializing in the preservation and distribution of perishable goods. With a commitment to quality, they ensure their clients' products are handled with care and efficiency, maintaining their integrity throughout the storage and processing phases.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dry Materials Supervisor to oversee the management of dry goods within this facility. The Dry Materials Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the storage and processing activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and implementing efficient material handling procedures
What you get to do:
Maintain a high degree of visibility and access to employees on warehouse floor.
Anticipate production needs.
Locate stock and deliver items to their destination upon request.
Establish and maintain department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy.
Ensure incoming deliveries are accurate and stock supply room with new goods.
Check order forms, delivery requests and approval forms to ensure proper documentation, accuracy and on time deliveries
Maintain current inventory records by reporting usage and ordering supplies.
Maintain schedule for material requirements in order to support all phases of production.
Identify reorder needs for management approval.
Compile records concerning quantity, cost and type of material received
What you need to be successful:
Excellent attention to detail
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work enthusiastically with constantly changing priorities
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Ability to deal effectively with a diverse group
Pay: $20.00 (DOE)
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 6:30AM to 4:00PM
