Now hiring non-CDL drivers and movers. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Streetsboro is looking for dedicated team members to pack, move, transport and assemble customers' items, but this job isn't just about the heavy lifting. During moves you'll work face-to-face with customers to ensure their specific needs are met. As a mover or driver, every day is different and every move brings new challenges, but our goal is simple; we are here to help our customers. This is a general labor position.
WHAT WE OFFER
Drivers start at $20 / hour
Quarterly raises based on performance
Schedule: Monday - Saturday with Sunday off
Earn tips from customers (average of $150+ a week)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You and your team will
Work together to provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings
Greet customers upon arrival and complete a walk-through of the home/business
Load and unload a 26-foot moving truck
Complete paperwork and payment collection
Safely operate the truck and perform daily truck inspections and moving equipment inventory checks
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We hire for attitude and train for skill; however, experience in general labor positions such as truck driving, construction, landscaping, or warehouse labor is helpful.
MUST BE WILLING TO SUBMIT TO A PRE-EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND CHECK AND RANDOM DRUG SCREENS
VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND A GOOD DRIVING RECORD REQUIRED FOR ALL OPENINGS
High school diploma or GED
21 years or older for drivers due to insurance restrictions
Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English
Good work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day
