Job Description:

As a Lead Generator at Weed Man, you'll be crucial in providing top-notch service to our valued customers. We are looking for an proactive individuals who excels at self-management and consistently meets or exceeds expectations with minimal supervision. You'll be able to work independently, while maintaining our high service standards. We work 8 hour shifts Monday through Friday, with schedules varying by location.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Results-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in general labor, military, student, marketing, or customer service roles is encouraged.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (non-negotiable).

Responsibilities

Provide door to door quotes to potential customers for lawn care services.(No Selling )

Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Valid Driver's License.
Availability to work the occasional Saturday.
Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions.
Advanced problem-solving skills and proven time management.
Ability to work in a results-oriented environment.
