Position Summary This position will assist the Director, Communications and Donor Relations in creating and executing philanthropic digital communications and donor relations strategies. The ECU Health Foundation digital donor relations strategy will drive engagement and a sense of community among our internal and external audiences, enhancing brand awareness and creating a better sense of understanding of the foundation's mission. Responsibilities Serve as project lead for the implementation of a redesigned website; maintain oversight of website by providing consistent updates and writing new content. Develop and implement Pardot (email marketing program) strategy as part of overall philanthropic communications and donor engagement. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand awareness. Create a content calendar and write content for use among all digital channels. (Web, social, email marketing, etc) in collaboration with the health care and health sciences development teams. Work in collaboration with CMN team to create and post digital content on their social media pages. Partner with ECU Health, ECU communications and ECU University Advancement to develop a library of stories (donor, patient, programs, and services) that can be used across all channels. Serve as lead Communications/Donor Relations project manager, assisting with the implementation and execution of project plans, when needed. Assist with the implementation of fundraising efforts related to online giving strategies, including email marketing, social media peer-to-peer campaigns, etc. Provide monthly reports on social media metrics and web analytics; Ensure alignment with achieving annual goals. Assist Director, Communications and Donor Relations with special projects as needed. Assist with events (virtual and in-person) as needed. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree (or higher) is required. Three to four years of professional experience required.
